As the weather was turning beautiful, we were inside finishing trim work on the Family Room and the Cupola. We also installed a new hardwood floor in the Family Room. Phillips House Update July 2007 We lost a valuable crew member in July. Phil got married and chose to get a job back in San Francisco so he could be with his wife. Joe, Shaun, and I managed to install three Valor gas fireplaces along with the original white marble mantles in the Parlor, Family Room, and front bedroom. Phillips House Update August 2007 In August, Joe and I built the rear porch, and Shaun and I added more of the original Gingerbread trim to the exterior. We had to have $6,000.00 worth of trim recreated by Exceptional Wood Products out of Geyserville, CA.
